A Dead Calling

One day a couple of years ago I had just gotten home from buying groceries. I had grabbed as many bags as I could and was going to the front door and I heard the phone ringing.

I answered it and didn't hear anything so I assumed they hung up. I finished putting the food away and decided to call the number back. It was a number from my town and was in fact so close to my own number it was kinda creepy. I called and got a recording that the number was disconnected and was no longer in service.

Ok now I'm intrigued. I called the phone company and asked about the number. Maybe they could tell me who it belonged to. The operator tells me he can't say who's it was but that is is indeed disconnected and has been for a couple if years. I say well it just called me.

He says well I can see that it did call you ma'am. I say oh so I'm not crazy then. He says no ma'am. I say so what I need and exorcism or something? He laughs I laugh and we hang up. A day later my aunt call and tells my my great grandmas husband has passed. I guess he called me to say goodbye. RIP Royce

Moundsville Penitentiary Shadow Man

Paranormal Photos – Fact or Fiction First of all it should be noted that this photo is believed by many to have been debunked, that it is not a capture of paranormal phenomena, and that it is just a shadow. However, not everyone agrees with this, including many researchers and/or investigators, hence the reason it is being presented to you to make up your own minds. This photo was taken by Polly Gear in 2004. Polly was investigating the non operational West Virginia State Penitentiary in Moundsville, West Virginia. The penitentiary is reportedly haunted with a number of shadow figures having been witnessed by those visiting. Asides from the 94 men executed there (85 via hanging, one being decapitated by the noose and 9 meeting their fates sitting on "Old Sparky" the electric chair), there were also 36 homicides – inmates murdering other inmates. Tek Tek Urban Legend

Tek Tek or Teke-Teke is an urban legend from Japan about a girl who fell under a train and was cut in half. She took a long time to die and now her ghost roams through Japan, dragging her top half along using her claw-like hands. Every time she moves, she makes a “teke-teke”sound. There is a story about a young boy who was leaving his school one evening when he heard a noise behind him. Looking back, he saw a beautiful girl sitting at a window. The girl had her arms propped up on the window sill and was just staring out at him. He wondered why she was there, because it was an all-boys school. When she saw him looking back at her, the girl smiled and hugged herself so that she was holding her elbows. Then suddenly, she leaped out of the window and landed on the ground outside.
